I am afraid it made me very angry. On our arrival home, (cases late off plane). We waited 20 minutes for the bus to take us back to our car. The car was parked in the new car park. The driver drove past our stop. He was rude to my wife when she asked him why he had not stopped. He said we should of pressed the stop button when we neared the stop. It was dark and with no lighting on the bus stop we could not see it, also the windows on the bus were steamed up and it was full of passengers, that made it difficult to see.
