Safe parking to date, although the bus service could be improved, as the bus picked up new passengers going to the terminal they blocked the exit for other passengers who wanted to be dropped of at various other stops in the car park......not good! Perhaps buses with two doors i.e. an entrance and an exit would correct this situation. Then, unfortunately, I could not get OUT of the car park, as a prepaid customer I inserted my ticket, NOTHING, I tried various ways of inserting the ticket in NOTHING! I reversed and tried another barrier, still NOTHING.....I was confused? I eventually contacted the attendant on the speaker system and after she asked me for all of my information she admitted that someone had entered my registration number INCORRECTLY!.................I was eventually set free!!..................... however I am still waiting for an apology! I normally use this car park at least twice a year an this is the only time this has happened to me
