All the facilities and services from long stay car parking, through check in and security are very efficient and there is a feeling of spaciousness inside the buildings. When one gets to the waiting area for flights being called there is a 'downer'. The catering area is poor. It appears that all outlets are (in spite of the name over the counter) all under the same operator's umbrella. Service is poor, variety is rare and value is appalling. It would help to have a Costa and an M&S Cafe dropped into the middle of it! It would also be a much better advert of Britain to our overseas visitors.
