I paid for my parking online so when I went to use my ticket to lift the barrier it should of just let me straight out. Instead it said that I owed £96. I then had to reverse out the barrier, park up and go inside the cabin to be told that the cards always do that and he deleted the bill realising I had already paid when I showed him my receipt. I don't see the point in paying online to then have to get out the car in the pouring rain to fix it when it should be fine in the first place. Also on the way home I couldn't find my car in the medium stay car park. I asked one of the workers outside for assistance and he said to me that the car will not of moved and will still be there so I need to keep on looking. For a female to be on her own in the dark and rain is not fair especially when they've asked for help. I think some of your staff need lessons in customer service
