I have on two occasions been unable to access the exit with the card received on entry.
The explanation I was given was that the number plate was not recognised at the exit barrier and
I have had to leave my car on both occasions to request the card be validated.
I have a private number but surely if the camera reads the plate on entry, it should recognise it on exit. This situation could have been embarrassing if there had been a line of cars behind me!
