Not happy with new layout airside which seems to be even more geared towards food/drink/shopping - we struggled to find seats for the long wait for our flight and this was early morning out of season, so would hate to have to travel from Newcastle at peak time!! There appears to be no thought for the customer, just for the money-making airport and businesses.
