Newcastle airport did NOT make me happy. Newcastle airport is one of the worst I travel through, it can't cope with more than one plane, or even just one full plane. You wait ages to disembark, ages at passport control, and ages for the luggage to arrive. However, this review was prompted by your car parking facility email.
Car parking is good but not great. Its a mystery as to why certain areas are closed [and they are empty]. A mystery as to when a bus will come. Early in the morning, certainty is vital to avoid stress.
