Usually great BUT this time our ticket didn’t allow us to leave automatically. Booked directly with Newcastle airport parking so disappointing that we had to sit there while they found the pre paid booking before they raised the barrier to let us out.
No sign of a bus anywhere near when we arrived or returned so had to walk the full distance both ways. Again, disappointing.
