Parking was convenient and the shuttle-bus arrived quite quickly.
However, leaving the car park was frustrating. I had not remembered that the ticket needs to be "validated" to leave, so it was refused at the barrier and I then had to seek help in the office (as did some others at the same time, for the same reason). Staff seemed fed up of this problem, but did not see it as a system error but stupid customers! Surely the card could be automatically "valid" from the time the flight arrives, without any loss of security!
