Swift entry into the short stay car park. I have an electric car and there are 4 charge points close to the terminal; two of which were free. The downside was that the points were not working. This was not a crisis as I had sufficient charge. Leaving was easy; the OCR system read my number plate and my pre-booked ticket worked perfectly. It took only a few seconds to get through the barrier. Overall happy but the near £40 charge for 2 days is quite pricey, however would have given 5 stars if the charging system worked.
