Unfortunately a very good experience of the airport (cheerful security) and flights (on time, friendly ground staff and crew) throughout the journey was spoilt by very poor bagging handling on our return. Worse was yet to come when we picked our car up from the Meet and Greet car parking. The booked car valet had not been done and we still have not received a response or refund from them.
