On arrival in December when there was a fair amount of disruption due to maintenance of the park one of your drivers ( a Glaswegian) helped me out of a tricky situation and I really appreciate his assistance. If all of your staff are as helpful as him and I think the young lady that met us on New Years day was also very helpful, made a difficult return from Geneva via Glasgow quite painless, thank you.
