long stay car parks are too far away. Bus service is slow, and not sure when a bus is arriving. Service in airport very slow, I travel a lot and Newcastle is the worst! Getting to security is now a 10-mile walk through loud music and lots of shops I don't want to walk through, with people constantly asking of you want to buy their products. Security can take an age, even with 'fast-track' [through easyjet plus], there is a queue and it is pedestrian. On return the passport queues are ridiculous. The zig zag process leading to passports is 'history' yet even when only one plane landing you insist on passengers walking zig zag through to passport. The passport staff are usually stern, unnecessarily sad looking and gruff in their manner. OK?
