When we approach the exit barrier we got a message to take the ticket to the machine and pay there, as we had already paid for the parking I went to the office, I was talking to the female assistant who asked me why I have come to the office I I tried to explain the barrier would not open when she told me that I should have read the email I explained that it was 5am and dark she was very quick to tell me to use my interior light. She did issue me with another ticket which worked but I must say that I thought her attitude was a bit brusk.
