I have used Newcastle short stay several times now and every single time I get stuck at the barrier at exit. The system never ever recognises my registration plate and I always have to use the intercom to talk to someone for assistance, dig out my reference number etc. which is the last thing you need on the last leg of a tiring journey home.
Manchester's version of this works flawlessly for me, in the same car too!
