Because of windy conditions our return flight from Madeira was delayed for a day. On collecting the car and expecting to have to pay for an extra days parking we were delighted to be told that there would be no additional charge.
It's not the amount that we would have had to pay, it's that your company were kind enough not to charge for something that was not our fault that made us happier to be back and to use your services again.
