I use the long stay parking quite a few times during the year and on the way out the ticket never seems to open the barrier and i have to go into the office to sort out.
The other week i used the short stay car park for 4 days and again when i got the to barrier and inserted the ticket the barrier would not open and said that i had gone over my time and had to pay more money at a machine, even though the ticket was well inside the expiry time, i called the buzzer and was told this often happens, not good with cars waiting behind me.
