Below is a e-mail I sent to the Airport parking customer services on 03/07/2017 it is now 13/07/2017 and have I had no reply off them, quite honestly again I don't think this is a good service
Yesterday July 2nd arrived back to Newcastle airport after a short break collected my car and proceeded to the far right hand side barrier in the short stay carpark and my ticket was rejected several times , and only to find the call button on the barrier machine was not working, so I moved the car back and proceeded up to the main pay machines to see if I needed to revalidate my ticket in one of the pay machines, only to find one of the two machines out of order so now we have four barriers and two pay machines and at least two of then out of order this is not good enough when the airport is operating 365 days in a year. So I go back to my car and move it over to barrier number 1 left hand side and this time the call button is now working and I get through and the lady let me out.
Quite honestly I don’t this is a good service .
