No staff around on arrival at the Meet & Greet car park, car not checked over. On return my car wasn't ready for me as 'staff are busy' and I was told my car was 'somewhere over there' and told to find it myself.
Very disappointing response to my comments via email from the Operations Officer, I doubt I'll use the service again.
