I booked 'Park & Fly' using telephone number on card picked up in parking office last time we parked there. Thought I was booked in the usual system where we leave car key and are taken by minibus to terminal. When I arrived to deposit my car I was told I was booked into 'airport car park' within the airport. (Courtesy bus to terminal) why was I boookec into that car park rather than Park & Fly?
