I would like to say what made me unhappy. There were two sections of the car park labelled with the letter I which is very confusing. Also we and other customers had great difficulty getting out of the car park. We were told that it would be automatic as the camera would read our registration. We had to make 2 visits to the office by which time there was a long que behind us.
