I have used this parking facility twice now and on both occassion upon exit barrier when we insert the parking ticket it came up that we owed over £100 for the parking which we had already pre paid the parking. having to speak with an advisor to then have to get out the paperwork to provide our reference number to prove we had paid was a complete hassle. I thought the parking facility had registration recognition so this should not have happened twice.
