Good afternoon, I was so annoyed with my recent experience, I feel compelled to contact you. I have not visited the airport for four years and went to collect family on Wednesday 26 July 2017. I entered the drop off area having passed the barrier. Upon parking up I looked around to establish how to exit. There was no instructions, signs or any indication. Fortunately, I helpful taxi driver explained that I had 15 minutes in the area and would then pay £1 to exit. I left after approximately 12 minutes to be instructed that it would be £3 as I was over 10 minutes. Come on, for the sake of clarity please post clear instructions for airport visitors.
