We paid for Meet and great parking. On our return we arrived to find that our vehicle had been damaged. The staff that were on duty did not even take a picture of the damage which we though was disgusting, we then realised that the stock answer was going to be sent out which was what happened. The Airport parking company have accepted no responsibility for the damage, but have simply replied that their investigation was inconclusive so no responsibility on their behalf. We are now going to have to discuss things with a Solicitor to progress things further. Never again will we use this service as the way we have been treated is an absolute disgrace.
