The experience of booking, paying for parking and the parking itself was good.
What isn't acceptable is a system error that caused everyone who had pre-booked parking to not be allowed to exit the car park and caused massive frustrations and a lot of angry people on all of the exit lanes out of the car park.
Felt so sorry for your operative on that night as all you could hear at every barrier was the please hold message as everyone tried to get out.
Very bad experience!
