Signage at entry to Medium Stay car park could be improved as yet you do not really see it until you are past it. Once again on leaving I was asked to pay a large sum £500 plus. On taking my paperwork to the kiosk I was told you were updating servers and that was why the problem had occurred. Over the years of using the car park once a year this must have happened on at least three occasions so I actually expect to have a problem and keep the paperwork available and am not proved wrong.
