Airport facilities fine but on-site parking service poor. Paid online before departure, only to be texted with someone else's details! On return, ticket would not operate barrier, so entered adjacent office to be met with standard "computer problem" explanation - but no attempt at apology! "There you go," was as far as it went before validated ticket was finally handed back.
