I have used airport parking for several years now. I have always found the staff on the telephone very helpful. I live locally so it is normally cheaper to get a taxi than pay full price for parking. The staff have always got me a better price when I phone through. This year the member of staff was very unhelpful and quite rude and gave me a higher price than I found online. If this was my first attempt to book I wouldn't have bothered. When we left the airport the ticket barrier machine did not accept our ticket so we had to push the button. It sounded like the same girl who answered the button. Again she was rude and miserable. I think a bit of customer service training is required to make her more approchable. No problems at all with the parking apart from her.
