The lady who took our telephone booking was really nice
However on arrival at 'the Barrier' at the airport, I pressed the intercom, gave my booking reference number and waited... and waited..... and waited.. the person (female) took absolutely ages to find the booking. Again I gave the number, she then asked for the name that the booking was under... again there was a silence then eventually the barrier was lifted. your member of staff had no courtesy didn't say, 'sorry for your wait'... absolutely rude !!! If my staff behaved like that I would have no business at all..
A bit of courtesy would have been nice... a Hello - a thank you - a sorry about this - enjoy your day....
