Arrived and parked in area D went to bus stop and joined other holiday makers and waited approximately 10 to 15 mins outside of the shelter as it was full
No bus came and we walked to airport terminal with approximately 7 others
As we passed the parking bus offices i noticed buses parked and i assume drivers in the office
This was the fault i found on the service
