Every time I've used this service, when trying to leave the car park after inserting the ticket into the machine, the display informs me that I've over stayed and need to pay extra and each time this has been false so had to call the attended and give my details to prove I haven't.
I find this procedure very predictable and have wondered if it is deliberate to cause people to pay all over again!
Where are the number recognition cameras that should verify payments by registration numbers?
