The system to pick up and drop off passengers with a coach, especially with a foreign coach, is hopelessly complicated.
Making the reservation by phone, pay by creditcard over the phone, getting a reservation number over the phone. And last but not least, upon arrival at the barrier sometimes a long wait before someone is at the phone, while I am waiting there in wind and rain in a very uncomfortable situation.
