Facilities are good especially when upgrading to Short Term Park. Easy access and very close to terminal, but on exiting, the machine rejected my ticket with the message that I had exceeded the exit time. In fact I was about 10 hours before my exit time. When I contacted the staff I was immediately let out, but I would like an explanation as to why it happened and some assurance that it will not happen next time.
