hi, unfortunately i can not say i was happy as when i returned from our holiday i inserted the ticket given and barrier would not raise. I pressed the help button and was annoyed at how i was treat by 1 of your colleagues of rudeness and abruptness.I had a que of traffic behind myself through this. This is the 3rd consecitive time it has happened . It looks like details are not registering in proper manner. hoping the future of parking with yourselves can be resolved. Thank you
