Having booked and paid for my parking weeks in advance . I returned from holiday and tried to exit the short stay parking . But the barrier would not accept my ticket . Tried multiple times but would not accept pressed the help button many times but no response what so ever. After some time I used my mobile and phoned the parking office and eventually my call was answered And they opened the barrier after over 25 minutes with no apologies . Really very poor service considering the cost of parking at Newcastle Airport .
