The service staff and facilities within the airport are excellent. However I had problems getting my car out of the long stay carpark on my return. After inserting my ticket to leave ,the barrier failed to open and the machine read I was over my allocated time. I went seeking some help from your member of staff to be rudely told it was my fault I had not entered my registration number correctly when making my online reservation. This is nonsense as I received a confirmation email with my correct car details before travelling. I also pointed out to your member of staff that the car in front of me also had a problem and they too had to come and get him to open the barrier as there ticket had failed to work. Not difficult to deduce a system fault not mine. Some basic customer service and manners training needed I think. This will not deter me from using your airport parking again however as normally it runs very smoothly and is a fantastic service.
