airport experience was on the whole very good, however we had two disappointments of our visits, they were; The main problem was on our return journey and going through customs, it was very disorganised and badly planned, queuing up staircases, then divided into two separate queues, only to merge further down the corridor, this happened twice and was very frustrating, depending which side you were on, we were unfortunately in the left queue both times and seemed not to move as quick as the right. The second disappointment was the parking 'meet & greet' I might as well parked in the short stay parking, it was slightly disorganised and not as good as Manchester Airport, which is a proper meet and greet service. Other wise the check in was quick and easy at Jet2 and the customs at departures was very good and quick
