We booked parking in long stay car park from 13 to 20 September. On arrival on 13th the car park appeared very full. we followed signs where spaces were identified and spent over 15 mins driving round trying to find a space. There were many others in same situation, signage was wrong and there was no one from Newcastle airport to assist. We eventually left our car on circultation road risking damage to the vehicle. Travelling is already a stressful experience with young children without the unnecessary problems we had trying to get parked.
