I book routinely - fly from NCL 10-50 times a year for past 7 years. always book car into car park. 2 things REALLY annoy me EVERY time... 1) the booking confirmation is so chock full of Adverts that it won't print on 1x A4 page for submitting for expenses; even if I don't download the Advert images, it still takes 2 pages to get the VAT and company details. I think this is very poor as it's easily fixed -have the ads AFTER all the receipt details and before the directions. 2) the numberplate recognition system will NEVER allow me to exit as my car has an 'old style' plate type: AAA 111 A. This is ridiculous as I park in many different secure car parks nationally (private, rail, airport etc) and NCL is the ONLY site that has this problem.
