My ticket would not work at the barrier went i went to exit the car park. Had to reverse back to the admin hut - the guy in the hut was very helpful and gave me another ticket to use. Unfortunately again the ticket did not work and i had to reverse back again for another ticket.
given another replacement ticket which eventually worked.
