Paid roughly £60 for a week stay at Newcastle airport, decided to go with the meet and greet service as we were pushed for time and sounded perfect for our needs.
Supposedly a member of staff will be waiting to greet you, check over your vehicle and proceed to park your vehicle allowing us to go straight into the terminal. No such thing.
Likewise with the return journey, no such thing.
Selling the service as a meet and greet is basically a con.
A lesson learnt.
