Nobody checked the car when arrived just took the keys and gave me a card, you used to carry out vehicle checks and mileage / fuel checks.
The car settings had been changed and I can understand someone wanting to extend the leg room driver side but the passenger seat settings were also changed as were the mirrors, I will use again simply because you are closest to the terminal building but in my estimation you have gone downhill.
