When you book a car park which has an advertised 10 min collection on return to the airport from holiday that is what you should expect. We arrived back around 20.05 on the 6/10/17 and arrived at the bus stop shortly after. We notified the office we were there using the phone as requested and were told the bus would be there in 10 mins. After 15 mins we phoned again and the person on the other end told us quite rudely that it would be a further 10 to 15 mins. We pointed out that we had already waited over 15 mins and he told us to wait longer.
After a total of 25 mins we phoned again...and the bus arrived.
If you cannot offer the service advertised in October then don't advertise it.
I have used this company two or three times a year over the last ten years. Very disappointed at the service but more so the attitude.
