Have used you many many times without any problem at all and have recommended to friends and family, unfortunately on our recent parking experience we had a problem, on putting the ticket in the machine the barrier wouldn't go up it kept spitting the card out after about 3 times of trying a voice came through the speaker asking if we had booked etc asking for account number and registration for our car, after giving all this information the barrier went up it was a bit of a nuisance lucky we didn't have a queue behind us however when we looked at the ticket there was an error on the print of our car registration, one letter was wrong it had printed an 'M' instead of an 'N' will look out for that in future
