Arrival and parking at the facility was a quick and convenient experience; however on attempting to exit the facility the card reader would not accept the ticket, as was the case for several other customers.
Whilst understanding technology isn't perfect, it was the abrupt unfriendly nature of the attendant on duty which left a lasting impression on the whole service.
