I pre booked and paid for the short stay car park on the weekend of 3-5th November.
On my return I inserted the ticket in the machine and it refused my exit flashing a message to call the office, which I did and was kept on hold more that 15 minutes before I got a reply which was asking for my registration number then booking reference, a complete hold up of nearly 25mins. Surely this is not necessary after an online booking, with cameras recording the car registration on exit.
