Short stay parking is very efficient. Long stay parking less reliable as buses are infrequent and luggage space poor and the attitude of staff is mixed.
Security is good and staff noticeably polite and efficient.
Food provision good but quite expensive. Toilets clean.
Business lounges - BA is good but for other airlines it is annoying having Silver loyalty cards with several airlines but not lounge access.
