Signage could be improved when you get to the actual car park
When you call something meet and greet you expect someone to be at the front of the car park and not in the car corner as you enter
Upon return from journey, there was still ice on the car, a noce touch would have been to have de-iced the windscreen to say the least.
Maybe the way it was built up as meet and greet was the issue.
