I wasn't allowed off the car par although I had pre-paid. I then went in to the office to be told that I had booked the wrong dates. With a second person having a good laugh. Luckily I had brought my paperwork and was able to prove that it was the car parking companies mistake.
If I hadn't had my paperwork I would not have been allowed to leave.
This also added 25 minutes, late at night when I wanted to be on the road home.
