We have enjoyed using the meet and greet for many years now and it it always very professional, efficient and great value for money. However our last trip seems to highlight how the service may be slipping slightly - often returning from previous winter trips our car has been warmed up prior to our arrival and parked close to the key collection point. This time the windscreen was still iced over, with snow and ice, it was parked away from the key collection point, the car was freezing inside and the memory seats suggested a seven foot giant had driven it ( or something else happened that we don’t want to even contemplate). We are happy to chalk this down to a one off but at the same time we will be cautious next time. Please do not be put off by what might be just one glitch and overall we would heartily recommend this service
